Look: I prefer this one - it comes in Red and Black versus the plain white Sonicare, so it is more stylish. Also, it is much slimmer than that Sonicare, so it fits better in my medicine cabinet and it is easier to hold. Design: There is only one outlet in my medicine cabinet/bathroom, but there are two of us in the household. Therefore, we need two toothbrushes. The design of this makes it very easy for us to switch the heads on the brush and just share the base of this brush. Cleanliness: My sonicare used to get very dirty between the brush attachment and the base. This does too, but it is much easier to clean. Brushing: I love this one. I had a less sophisticated version of the Sonicare (although Sonicare has a more advanced version now), but this beeps every 30 seconds, so it is easy to determine when you should switch quadrants of your teeth while brushing. It also has speed variability which is great. Overall, its a good product and I would recommend it!
